polite staff heated option
the staff are polite and helpful. i especially thank ahmed, he. the pools was very clean, and i appreciate the heated option because the weather was a bit cool .
the selection of drinks, especially alcoholic beverages, included in the all-inclusive package i found limited. a wider variety of options at no extra charge is needed.

the hotel has multiple pools, including one heated pool and a dedicated kids pool, a spa offers several treatments and includes a sauna and steam room and several shops sell souvenirs and essentials.

staff members are generally polite and helpful, especially in the restaurants. reception staff are attentive and handle requests efficiently, and daily room cleaning provides fresh towels and restocked amenities, i like this.

my family room has a sea view and include a balcony, two comfortable double beds, air conditioning and a minibar, the bathroom features a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer, what else could i ask for.

the hotel has direct access to a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. it is a short drive from the airport, a shuttle service to nearby attractions is available at set times during the day and evenings, it is easy.

food quality dirty chairs
The main restaurant really lets the hotel down. the food quality seemed subpar, definitely not what i would expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. Some dishes looked carelessly prepared. also, i noticed the chairs had some questionable stains. They could definitely use a good scrub. the air conditioning vents looked like they had not been cleaned in ages.

clean room good air conditioning stocked mini bar
i really liked the cleanliness of my superior beach front room. the room had good air conditioning. it also included a stocked mini bar, a nice touch. i also thought the provided toiletries were a nice benefit.
the wifi was sometimes spotty, a bit difficult to stay connected consistently.

the staff was very friendly. i saw them helping guests with directions and offering assistance with luggage. they always addressed guests politely and efficiently, it was a real asset to the hotel and it was super clean!
